The board responsibilities function as a working board in the major areas of (1) strategic direction, (2) capital planning, (3) ensuring resources and (4) providing oversight. Board members are accountable for understanding, accepting and interpreting the philosophy and purpose of Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center.
