Each year we come up  with a theme that we use to guide our work each year. Our 2024 theme was  “Raising the Bar” This is a collective commitment to raise the bar and deliver exceptional service at every  interaction, exceed our own expectations and deliver exceptional service to our community. We aren’t perfect in a  world that is already traumatic, but we lead from a lens where we don’t get a second chance  to make a first impression and cultural humility is required. Click here to read the full report!
